CHANGE TO ESTATE TAX – BACK TO OLD RULES
REGARDING PART #1 BOOKS RECEIVED BEFORE JUNE 10, 2011.

Last week the IRS decided that you will be tested on the 2009 Estate Tax Law and not the current 2010 tax law.

Our books are updated each year to reflect the current tax law through December 31, 2010. Since the IRS decided to go back to the old (2009) Estate tax law, we have added an addendum that replaces the 2010 Estate tax law with the 2009 Estate tax law. This update replaces page 377 and pages 396 - 414 in Part #1.

PRIOR TO JUNE 10, 2011.
